Process Service
At Annscott Consulting Services, we can serve your Process in a timely and professional manner. Covering southern Erie, Wyoming, Cattaraugus and Allegany counties we will go to those "hard to reach areas".
Original Process can be sent to us via USPS, Fed Ex, UPS or other delivery service. Copies can be emailed to us, and we will print and deliver.
Affidavits of Service will be completed upon service and returned to you, through USPS, for filing with the Court.
Service Attempts
We will attempt service up to 3 times per week, on different days and times, until successful or alternative service is authorized.
Verified Service Attempts
Using GPS technology, dash cam video and body camera video we can verify every service attempt and successful service. We can easily prove every service attempt, with date and time stamp, and actual service when completed.
NYS Sheriff's Association Trained Process Server
Our Process Servers are retired law enforcement officers and have been trained in Civil Process by the New York State Sheriff's Association.
